Just came back not too long ago. Had a long long day today.
Woke up and went out for Ya Kun before i headed off to Hwa Chong for teaching. Didnt know that David and Grace will be coming down. Well, apparently they were trying out that restaurant over at the poolside.
The clock striked 2 and non of the coaches came. Usually Darren is early but never this late. So i was wondering, who's gonna teach all these kids? Grace asked me to start warm up first and then came Paul Tan! Apparently all the regular coaches, except for me, didnt make it today due to a reason or another. So Paul and i just handled and settled everything.
Got a lift from him down to Barker. Went back to Oldham Hall to witness a performance cum contest known as Performance Fest. Last year was also exactly the same time as this year. Glad to see so many familar faces. Even Job also made it. Got "reunited" with my mama Kris! LOL. Somehow i become the soundcrew also and helped out Boon Yao with all the sound engineering.
There was this band that played and they were fantastic. They're called Strawberry Cheesecake and all of them wore pink! Including the guys. They are fantastic.
Got many photos taken but dun have it with me. Shall get it from K one of these days.
But the time the whole thing ended, it was already 12:30am. So i took a cab home and it was a malay cab driver. Very nice and friendly. Started to talk to me bout some social issues.
Im shagged and i gotta catch a gig tomorrow.
